You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access course materials for your personal educational use during the enrolment period.

8. Course-Specific Terms
Duration: Each course has a recommended duration (5, 10, or 12 weeks). We accommodate reasonable schedule adjustments โ contact us if your circumstances change during a course.
Completion record: A digital record of completion is issued to learners who submit all required exercises and complete the course. This is not an accredited qualification and should not be represented as one.
Prerequisites: Enrolment in Machine Learning Fundamentals assumes basic programming familiarity. Building AI Projects assumes completion of earlier modules or equivalent demonstrated grounding. We reserve the right to redirect enrolments where prerequisites are not met.
9. Disclaimers
Courses are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not make representations about specific outcomes, career results, or the speed at which skills will develop. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and practice beyond the course itself.
Course content reflects knowledge available at the time of publication. The AI field changes rapidly; we review and update content annually but cannot warrant that all information is current at any given moment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Bijak AI's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of a course is limited to the fee paid for the course in question.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of earnings, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use our courses.

12. Termination
You may withdraw from a course at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 7. We may terminate your access without refund if you violate these Terms in a material way. Termination of access does not affect any provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive it (including Sections 6, 9, 10, and 13).
13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute should first be raised with us directly at [email protected] โ we will attempt to resolve it informally within 30 days.
